✦ The Story ✦
The Vision Behind the Palace
Nati Nawaabi was born from a dream — to create a space where the grandeur of Karnataka's palace culture meets the exquisite culinary refinement of Nawabi heritage. A place where every beam carved, every dish prepared, and every corner lit carries the weight of centuries.
Karnataka has long been a land of kings — from the Vijayanagara Empire to the Mysore Wodeyars — each leaving behind a legacy of art, architecture, and extraordinary food. The Nawabi tradition, rooted in the courts of Hyderabad and Lucknow, brought its own poetry to the plate. At Nati Nawaabi, these two great heritages share one table.
On 25th June 2026, our doors open for the first time. But what awaits you has been crafted across years of research, travel, and deep reverence for the traditions that shaped us all.
