01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing natinawaabi.com, making a reservation, or dining at Nati Nawaabi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
02Use of Website
- You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation on our behalf
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You agree not to misuse, hack, or otherwise interfere with our website
- All content on this website is owned by Nati Nawaabi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
03Reservations
- All reservations are subject to confirmation by our team within 30 minutes
- Tables are held for 15 minutes past your reservation time
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance
- Management reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion
- Groups of 10 or more guests may be required to pay a security deposit
04Pricing and Payment
- Menu prices are indicative and subject to change without prior notice
- Final prices, applicable GST, and service charges will be confirmed at the time of dining
- Payment is due at the end of your meal
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and major digital wallets
05Guest Conduct
- We request guests to maintain decorum befitting a heritage establishment
- Dress code: smart casual or traditional attire is preferred
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry for inappropriate behaviour
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on our premises
06Allergies and Dietary Information
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation or upon arrival. While we make every effort to accommodate, please be aware that our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients and traces of allergens may be present. Nati Nawaabi shall not be liable for allergic reactions where allergen information was not disclosed in advance.
07Photography
- Guests are welcome to photograph their dining experience for personal use
- Photographing or recording other guests requires their explicit consent
- Commercial photography or videography on our premises requires prior written permission from management
08Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, restaurant name, recipes, menu design, website content, and branded materials are the exclusive property of Nati Nawaabi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without express written permission.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nati Nawaabi shall not be liable for:
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings on our premises
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Service interruptions or disruptions beyond our reasonable control
10Force Majeure
Nati Nawaabi shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or civil unrest.
11Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
12Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
